TEACHER

Bec is a passionate and dedicated dance teacher with extensive experience as both a performer and choreographer. She has danced and choreographed for elite sporting teams including the Adelaide 36ers (NBL) and Adelaide Lightning (WNBL), and performs regularly as a professional Showgirl at Adelaide Casino, as well as across a wide range of other professional events.

With a strong background in commercial and performance-based dance, Bec’s classes are dynamic, motivating and full of creativity. Her industry experience enables her to guide dancers not only in technique and performance quality, but also in building confidence, stage presence and teamwork.

Outside of dance, Bec works full-time at an architectural firm and also works in event makeup on weekends, keeping her a busy girl. 

Above all, Bec is committed to creating a fun, supportive and encouraging environment where all dancers feel empowered to challenge themselves, grow in confidence and genuinely enjoy every step of their dance journey.

TEACHER

With over 16 years of dance experience and 2 years of teaching, I bring passion, precision, and creativity to every class. I specialise in ballet, lyrical, and contemporary, combining strong technique with expressive, emotive movement. Although, currently, I dance in every genre including ballet, lyrical, contemporary, broadway, jazz and tap. 

Throughout my dance journey, I’ve performed in halftime shows for the Mavericks and competed in multiple regional and national competitions, gaining valuable stage experience and a deep appreciation for the art and discipline of dance, regularly competing in ballet, lyrical, contemporary and jazz solos as well. 

As a teacher, I’m committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where dancers of all levels can grow in confidence, strength, and skill—whether dancing for fun, development, or competition.

Outside the studio, I work in hospitality, and when I’m not on my feet, you’ll usually find me reading a good book. I believe a well-rounded life makes for a more inspired dancer—and I love bringing that energy into every class I teach.

TEACHER

Airlee has been dancing for 13 years and has trained in a wide range of styles including Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Lyrical, Hip Hop, and Contemporary. Throughout my dance journey, I have had the incredible opportunity to perform internationally at Disneyland, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld in the United States, as well as in Hong Kong.

Over the years, I have performed on a variety of stages and competed at all levels, from local competitions through to national events, in both solo and troupe performances. These experiences have helped me develop not only my technical skills but also my passion for performance and teamwork.

As a teacher, I strive to create a fun, energetic, and supportive environment where students can build confidence, develop their skills, and enjoy their love of dance. I am dedicated to helping every dancer reach their potential while fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.

Outside of dance, I play football for Sturt and am also actively involved in netball and basketball. I look forward to sharing my passion for dance and inspiring the next generation of performers.

TEACHER

Alexandra is a passionate dancer, performer, singer, and dedicated dance teacher with over 17 years of teaching experience. Having trained extensively across a wide range of styles including ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, hip hop, musical theatre, ballroom, and Latin, she brings a versatile and well-rounded approach to her teaching. Her dance journey has taken her overseas to Los Angeles & New York, where she further developed her skills through professional training and industry experience.

As a trained singer and performer, Alexandra understands the value of artistry, confidence, and self-expression, and strives to foster these qualities in every student. She creates a positive and supportive environment where dancers of all ages and abilities can develop strong technique, build confidence, and discover a genuine love of movement.

Outside the studio, Alexandra has lived in Sydney, Melbourne, Norway & France, is a trained bush firefighter and operates a French patisserie with her partner. She is also the proud mum of a new baby boy, bringing warmth, patience, and a nurturing approach to her teaching.

ASSISTANT TEACHER

Isla has loved cheerleading and dance for as long as she can remember, and they have been a huge part of her life growing up. Alongside this role, Isla is a cheerleading coach for a Youth Level 1 team in Adelaide.

Throughout her cheerleading journey, Isla has achieved four National Champion titles, three National Grand Champion titles, and two Pinnacle Champion titles. One of her biggest goals is to attend The Cheerleading Worlds. While she once dreamed of competing there as an athlete, she is now passionate about helping future athletes achieve their goals and supporting teams as a coach.

Isla has always enjoyed teaching tumbling, cheerleading, and dance, so was thrilled when the opportunity to join Studio Dance Collective came along. Isla looks forward to sharing her knowledge, encouraging students to grow in confidence, and helping them develop new skills while having fun along the way.
